To reserve your appointment at La Belle Apotheca, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee secures the time reserved exclusively for you, and the remaining balance will be due at the time of your service. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the remaining 50% of the service total being charged to the card on file. Out of respect for all scheduled guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened service while the full service fee remains. At this time, to maintain the comfort and personalized atmosphere of my spa, appointments for male clients are available by trusted client referral only. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
